Shipping Rates, Return and Replacement Policy

The SearBQ is made of high-grade cast iron for lifetime use. It's heavy-duty—and suitably heavy! Each set weighs 17 lbs, and 18 lbs in the packaging. 

Right now we only ship within the United States. Shipping one unit is $14.99 and two units are $24.95 in the continental USA, and slightly more in Hawaii and Alaska. With multiples we bundle each two units together, with the two individual boxes inside a larger one, so shipping costs scale up similar rates.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via the form on our Contact page and include specific details of the product and the damage or defect. We will get back to you using the supplied email address to request unaltered photos or video of the defect or damage. Do not ship damaged or defective product back to us. 

Upon receipt of evidence of damage or defects, we will carefully examine your video or images and notify you via return e-mail, within a reasonable period of time and at our sole discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will at our sole discretion either replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. If we determine you are entitled to a replacement product due to damage in shipping or manufacturing defect(s), we will pay for shipping to you of the replacement product.

We accept returns only of unused product in the original packaging. The buyer must pay the cost of return shipping. Once received and inspected at our facility, as long as we deem the product restockable we will refund the purchase price for the product (excluding shipping) to the original method of payment. Refunds will appear on your payment card statement within 2-3 days of the time we process them.
